Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta – making the EU more accessible to you

On March 25, MEUSAC was officially relaunched as ‘Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta’ – SEM. Building on the legacy of MEUSAC, the new government agency is adapating its operations and services to suit the needs of citizens and serve as the first point of contact in EU-related matters in Malta and Gozo.

The change in name mirrors the mission of the agency to serve citizens in Malta and Gozo by informing them, keeping them updated and engaging them in the EU’s initiatives rights and opportunities deriving from EU membership, including EU funding.

The new agency’s functions may be summed up in three words:

  • INFORMING citizens on the EU’s initiatives, benefits and opportunities;
  • ENGAGING interested stakeholders in having their say on the EU’s policy and legislative proposals;
  • SUPPORTING organisations in not only applying for EU-funds but also in implementing EU-funded projects.

All the Agency’s services are free of charge and delivered by a team of dedicated personnel, committed to give an efficient and personalised service to those who seek their assistance.
