European Universities - Intensification of prior deep institutional transnational cooperation topic

ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
The ‘European Universities’ initiative is part of the ‘Partnerships for Excellence’ support provided in the framework of the new Erasmus+ Programme. This initiative has an ambitious mandate aimed to trigger and deepen unprecedented levels of institutional cooperation between higher education institutions, making it systemic, structural and sustainable. It aims to encourage the emergence of bottom-up alliances of universities across Europe, which will enable students to combine studies in several countries.
To achieve this, the present call Topic ERASMUS-EDU-2023-EUR-UNIV-2 (Topic 2) will provide support for applicants wishing to establish new deep institutional transnational cooperation in a new ‘European Universities’ alliance.
European Universities - Development of new deep institutional transnational cooperation topic 1

ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:

Majjistral Measure 1: Restoration of assets of artistic and cultural value
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
This action supports the restoration of small-scale objects of significant cultural and historical value to the territory with reasonable free access by the general public. Specifically, objects and artefacts that are not accessible for public viewing, such as items in private collections/ gardens, are excluded from the scope of this measure and do not qualify for support.
Majjistral Measure 4: Development of Green Infrastructure
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
The general aim of this measure is to invest in green infrastructure of the territory as a means to develop the touristic product of the area. The purpose is to support the development of green infrastructure through the management and protection of biodiversity in urban and rural areas and embellishment of open spaces.
Business Enhance RRP Digitalisation
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This incentive seeks to assist SMEs through non-repayable Grants to part-finance investment to digitalise their operations, and hence improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity and customer experience by addressing new digital capabilities and digitalised processes such as product and process design and engineering, end-to-end procurement, supply chain/distribution and after sales.
Business Enhance RRP Digital Intensification
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objective:
This incentive seeks to assist eligible enterprises through non-repayable Grants to partfinance initial investment for SMEs, or an initial investment in favour of a new economic activity in the case of large enterprises. The focus will be on the investment in new digital technologies that will encourage the growth of the business.
Business Enhance - SME Growth Grant Scheme
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objectives/ priorities:
- promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new firms, including through business incubators;
- creation of employment opportunities through the provision of infrastructure, financial incentives as well as support services.
Eligible activities:
- investment in tangible and intangible assets required by the Start-up for its operations in line with an approved business plan.
Eligible Costs:
- costs for leasing of privately owned operational premises;
- construction/Up-grading costs;
- costs for purchasing of equipment, machinery, and/or plant;
- costs related to patents/licences.
The rate of co-financing under this call is set at 30% for Micro and Small sized enterprises and 20% for Medium sized enterprise.
Business Enhance - Start-up Investment Grant Scheme
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objectives/priorities:
- Promoting entrepreneurship in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new firms, including through business incubators;
- Creation of employment opportunities through the provision of infrastructure, financial incentives as well as support services.
Eligible activities:
- Investment in tangible and intangible assets required by the Start-up for its operations in line with an approved business plan.
Eligible cost:
- Costs for leasing/rental of privately owned operational premises;
- Construction/Up-grading costs required to render the premises operational;
- Costs related to patents/licences;
- Costs for purchasing of equipment, machinery, and/or plant.
The rate of co-financing under this call is set at 50% of eligible costs.
Business Enhance - SME Diversification and Innovation Grant Scheme
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
This Grant Scheme seeks to support Undertakings to develop focused strategies through investment towards their diversification, the implementation of a fundamental change, or to bring to the market significantly improved and advanced products/services to those already offered by the Undertaking. The rate of co-financing under this call is set at 50% of eligible costs.
Business Enhance - SME Internationalisation Grant Scheme
DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2023
ELIGIBLE ORGANISATIONS
Objectives/ priorities:
- promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new firms, including through business incubators;
- creation of employment opportunities through the provision of infrastructure, financial incentives as well as support services.
Eligible activities:
- financing will be provided to projects which focus on the participation of businesses in International Business Promotion Fairs held outside the territory of the Republic of Malta.
Eligible costs:
- participation fee;
- rental of the exhibition space/stand;
- services related to the construction and setting-up of the stand;
- travel Costs for a maximum of 2 employees/directors representing the Enterprise;
- per Diem allowance for a maximum of 2 employees/directors representing the Enterprise;
- costs related to the design and printing of branding material required for the participation at the fair;
- costs for shipment of exhibits.
The rate of co-financing under this call is set at 50% of eligible costs.
