Objective:

This Grant Scheme seeks to support SMEs through the provision of non-repayable Grants in the form of a lump sum to part-finance a business report procured from external Consultancy Service Providers which are registered with the IB and which are autonomous and unrelated to the Beneficiary Undertaking. External consultancy services shall be procured to support the decision-taking process, by providing:

  • Process and Systems Review aimed at rendering the Undertaking potentially more efficient; or
  • Business Plan addressing the proposed investment initiatives, aimed at rendering the Undertaking potentially more competitive.

Call 3 under ESF+ Programme is an open call for projects addressing active inclusion and employability. The following are the relevant priority and policy objectives:

  • strengthening the transnational circulation and diversity of European literary works;

  • reaching new audiences for European literary works in Europe and beyond;
  • strengthening the competitiveness of the book sector by encouraging cooperation within the book value chain.

Networks of Towns will give towns and municipalities the possibility to deepen and intensify their cooperation and debate, develop sustainable networks and outline their long-term vision for the future of European integration.

The Commission expects Networks of Towns to reflect on a holistic narrative for Europe, one that is people-oriented, forward-looking and constructive, and that would be more engaging for the younger generation in particular. Projects may be based on the outcome of citizens’ consultations and may lead to debates about specific ways to create a more democratic EU, to encourage citizens to re-engage with the EU and help them develop a stronger sense of ownership of the European project.

Call for proposals for action grants to promote judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters

Facilitate and support judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters, and promote the rule of law, independence and impartiality of the judiciary, including by supporting the efforts to improve the effectiveness of national justice systems, and the effective enforcement of decisions.

Priority 2 – Fostering Active Inclusion for All, Specific Objective 4.11, Equal access to quality social and healthcare services.

The main of this call is to support initiatives that focus on equal access to quality social and healthcare services. The ESF+ aims to support actions in multiple areas such as those that focus on the improvement and training for health professionals including in long-term care and disability, specialised training in child protection services, Child Guarantee initiatives, initiatives aimed at addressing children’s developmental/medical needs holistically and support for social partners and other NGOs within this sector, amongst others. Interventions will also be steered towards improving health and care services, including long-term care, social protection services and reduced health inequalities.
