Title: A New Industrial Strategy for Europe
Policy Reference: COM (2020) 102

The aim of the Industrial Strategy is to set out a clear framework, along with political and policy direction, on the need for investment and innovation in European industry.

The strategy envisages an industrial transformation based on three drivers:

  • Global Competitiveness
  • Climate Neutrality
  • Digitisation

These drivers will be supported through proposed legal acts, to be made by the European Commission in the coming months.
