Informing on the Rules of Posting

Coordinator: Fundacion Antonio Bustamante para el Desarrollo de las Profesiones y el Movimiento Sindical Independiente

This project addresses the challenges related to the application of Directive 96/71/EC and the Enforcement Directive 2014/67/EU on the posting of workers in the framework of the transnational provision of services.

The project aims to increase the accessibility, transparency, and quality of information concerning the terms and conditions of employment, including the practices in the Member States. This project focuses on the “Information” dimension to enhance the implementation and correct application of EU law on posting of workers.

The project targets workers, companies, social partners, liaison offices, and public authorities of agriculture, care, and construction sectors. The project features balanced participation of the net sending and receiving countries, including Spain, Czechia, Germany, Netherlands as net receiving countries, and Poland and Bulgaria as net sending countries.

This project includes various actions such as the Network of Advisers, steering committee meetings, development of the Adviser’s Working Guidelines, creating Information Portal, dissemination and informative seminars, and others.

The project results will be available in target groups' languages, and outreach specialists will work to disseminate the results with the third-country nationals.

The project's objectives will facilitate the transnational exchange of information and good practices until the end of the project. The project's impact will be sustainable and will extend to non-EU countries, including the candidate countries.

This project is being by nine organisations from six different countries.
