Principal Permanent Secretary visits SEM

Mr Cutajar signed the Quality Charter of the Agency

Principal Permanent Secretary Mario Cutajar visited the premises of Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta this morning to sign the Quality Service Charter at the entrance of the premises.

SEM has been awarded the Quality Award for providing the highest quality of services. The Award is given to entities that provide an excellent service to their customers. This is sustained and measured through Quality Service Charters so as to ensure the best possible service and the highest standards.

During his visit, Mr Cutajar was welcomed by SEM CEO, Mandy Falzon and spoke to employees on the EU funding and Outreach services offered by the Agency. He stressed the importance of keeping the high-quality services offered by SEM to civil society organisations, local councils, schools and the public.
