Webinar: Introduction to EU Careers

As the agency tasked with promoting EU Careers in Malta, Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta (SEM) is currently organising a series of online information sessions on EU Careers.

On June 9, an introductory session on EU careers was hosted by SEM officials to provide participants with a brief overview of the different career opportunities offered by the EU.

The first part of the session was aimed at helping the participants orient themselves with EU Careers with general information on what is an EU Career, the different EU Career profiles and positions offered by the EU institutions and agencies. During the session, details were also given on the requirements and selection procedure tied to the respective positions.

For the second half of the session, Maltese nationals currently working with the EU institutions and agencies shared their experience on pursuing an EU Career, explained the benefits of working in the EU and shared some advice with the participants.

The second information session will be held on June 23, between 10am and 11.30am and will be tackling Contract Staff and Temporary Staff Positions in the EU.
