Minister Silvio Schembri and Parliamentary Secretary Chris Bonett visit SEM

On May 31, 2022 Minister for the Economy, EU Funds and Lands, Silvio Schembri and Parliamentary Secretary for EU Funds, Chris Bonett paid a visit to Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta – SEM to meet the agency’s employees and discuss with them their everyday work. SEM now falls under Minister Schembri and Parliamentary Secretary Bonett’s remit.

They thanked SEM for its work in communicating the EU to citizens and assisting organisations in applying for EU funds.

Minister Schembri and Parliamentary Secretary Bonett said that their offices will be coordinating with SEM in the future to emerge with new initiatives to enhance the agency’s potential.

SEM CEO, Mandy Falzon provided a detailed account of the agency’s workplan and outlined new ideas and projects on which the agency is planning to embark in the coming months.
